Anne is director of Design Science (est. 2011) and O-SB Design (est. 2001)
Design Science is a science communication and education agency aimed at encouraging interaction between design (as distinct from art) and science. Its co-founders include two designers, a science communicator and a mathematician. Clients include the Wellcome Trust, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, the NHS, University College London and Imperial College London.
O-SB is an arts-based design consultancy. Clients include Tate, the British Museum, the Photographers’ Gallery and University of the Arts London.
Anne has been lecturer at Central Saint Martins on the MA design communication course, at London’s Royal College of Art and at Konstfack University, Stockholm. She has lectured widely in Poland since 2004.
Anne is author of The new handmade graphics, a book about graphic designers mixing analogue with digital processes or materials as a way of removing or reducing their dependence on the computer following the digital revolution.
